Hey guys, haven’t posted in a long time, and I was wondering if you guys can relate to the problem I am currently experiencing. Some months ago, I completed a cut, going from 190 to 180lbs. After the cut, I remained in maintenance phase for a couple of weeks, and gradually increased my caloric intake to about 500 over my maintenance. I’m not going to go into specific body measurements because it doesn’t really matter in this case. All was going well, while all of a sudden I began experiencing elbow pain during overhead tricep extensions. I was being stupid and over exerted myself, and yes I had proper form, and quickly there after developed elbow/ tricep tendonitis. As if that wasn’t enough, my kneecaps began suffering too, as well as my rotator cuffs and shoulder stabilizer muscles while bench pressing, so now I can’t do many of the exercises I was able to do. My guess is because I had restricted myself so much during my cut, my body wasn’t able to quickly readapt to the stress I put on it while I started my bulk, leading to injury. Could also be I lost muscle in crucial areas leaving me with an imbalance. I am tired of doing all these rehab exercises and researched ways to speed up the healing process. I have been looking into bpc157 and tb500, and was wondering if anyone in this forum has had any luck healing injuries with these peptides. If so, can you share your story, and the dosing protocol you took in order to heal from your injuries? Sorry for the long ass post and for not dividing it into paragraphs but I’m quite honestly frustrated.

I don't think it works this way.

I don't think it's this one either.

It's none of the things you listed. It doesn't work that way.

I'm going to guess you do a lot of overall volume in a single training session?

What rehab exercises are you doing for damaged tendons? I tend to find not stressing them aids in recovery.

Voodoo Floss helps with tendonitis. I've incorporated it myself and had several training partners implement it into their regime with sucess.

Right now I’ve been doing a lot of rotator cuff, and eccentric elbow work that I learned from squat university. What I will most likely be doing is continue to not stressing my joints and tendons like you said, and run bpc157 and tb500 to further help recovery.

Yes, and considering I am back to natty, I should not have been doing that, but my ego got the best of me.

I second this. That will help the healing process.

Next, figure out what caused the problem. It's a repetitive motion injury so learn what movements are off limits, when you need a layoff and listen to your body when it's telling you something.

As for those peptides, didn't have much luck with them. Plus they won't help you from stepping on your dick again if you don't heed my previous advice.

You're not going to like this one. Stay out of the gym for 2 weeks. I like using naproxen for 3 days starting on my first layoff day. Don't overlook ice, this the best anti-inflammatory known to man.

Best wishes and keep your chin up. This shit doesn't happen to lazy ass people who spend their evenings in front of a TV with a bag of chips between their legs.

I actually find a calorie deficit heals all my tendonitis injuries. Happens every year during my spring cut.

It can also be due to an imbalance.

almost tore my shoulder tendon off - doctor said it's gonna be easier to take whats left off of the bone and then attach it back i refused.

so I did plasma, then went on BPC157+TB500 + growth , took me a year.

i wasn't able to lift my arm to the side not more than about 10cm - now I can do full rotations all sides , Im benching flat 100kg for reps and now getting back to incline ..so far I can do 40kg for 10 reps.

the key is to not rush things - let it heal real good and take baby steps towards weights. start with resistance bands once U feel better - dont jump straight to weights

This also happens to me, as I get bigger especially in shoulders they get more impingement, and since I can lift heavier while in a surplus, joints will deal with some wear and tear.
Changing tempo and pre-exhausting muscles before loading the joints (like knee, and elbow or doing overhead movements) does a lot for me though.
