Just do a test cycle and see how you respond to testosterone, and what side effects you get. You can add in another compound for your second cycle in the future.
I know nothing about you, or what your physique even looks like. I'm not going to give recommendations without having that information and seeing pics of your physique.What dose do you recommend?

He's 5'2" and 125lbs.Good points above. We need more information. But for those who do their first cycle just doing testosterone alone is good to gauge/see how you do and how you respond. Mixing things up by doing two or more compounds together won't allow you to know what's doing what.
Don't overdo it. Start with a small dose. If you plan on continuing to cycle in the future you can ramp it up little by little each cycle. Because, who knows? For whatever reason, you might decide it's not for you after the first cycle. So don't use too much too soon. But it all depends on other factors too. Such as how long you want to run them and then, of course, taking a dose that works to help you meet your specific goals.

IMO he doesn't need testosterone. He needs food and training. With that said, I believe people should be able to do what they want (in most scenarios), it's just that no amount of steroids will help him until he learns how to do those other 2 things first.
