Well to answer that question, during the work week yes, my off days not really. I get up at 4am for work, clock in at 5:45am and leave at 4:30pm, go straight to the gym afterwards, I’m pretty lifeless some days after my shift. Honestly I don’t care for pre workouts either and I didn’t start taking them again until about 3 months ago, but I need the boost some days and I don’t drink coffee or sodas
Right on I was just curious.

Npp is normally a painless injection. It shouldn’t be causing the things you described. Maybe there’s something in that “npp” that’s causing it but it’s probably not caused by nandrolone.

Very well could be. The source it came from has ran it prior with good results and I asked him had he experienced an issues with it and he did not… that’s not to say that this vial I have is off or the base is different.

These were back to back… around 40 minutes or so ago, I was late getting to town today. I just checked it again about 5 minutes ago with my wrist cuff and it read 133/76…. I’m about to go work legs now, sitting in the gym parking lot currently. Out of curiosity I’m gonna check it after my workout and again in a few hours and I’ll monitor it 3x/day over the next several days to get my average and continue to do it daily. I’m gonna drop some CoQ10 and probably start some low dose sildenafil in a few days if it’s not averaging normal

Now next time you feel that way sit down and take your bp.

Atleast it will give you a baseline

Just checked after workout, no pre workout today, did two readings:

139/89
141/91

I’ll check again about hour or so before I go to bed

Too much, one reading per day in the morning is plenty.

Would morning or mid day be better? Honest question. Asking because upon some reading I’ve seen where mid day would be your highest reading, theoretically you would want to know the reading coming out of a fully rested state (upon waking)?

You want to do it in the morning. Use the restroom, drink a glass of water, and then maybe 30 minutes later take your BP measurement.

Man…. I would think after two weeks of bumping up on testC to 240mgs and 300 mgs NPP I would have more of an appetite, I’ve been struggling to get my meals in and strength has hit somewhat of a plateau… it may be due to added stress from work seeing that year is coming to a close and we are pushing to hit monthly quotas.. I’m about to put in a request tomorrow to change my hours from 4-10’s to 5-8’s, quality sleep is a must and getting up at 4am is slowly wrecking it and trying to get a solid session in at the gym after work it a struggle on work days.

I did put a solid leg day in today, extensions, hacks, and presses, in that order. I’m back to 12 plates on the press, but bulging discs hinder my range of motion and going deep with that many plates it’s tough, still got a total of 20 reps in maxing out with 540, had to split my last two sets up though to get em in. Been walking around like a duck the rest of the day…

Where is the recipe thread?? I thought I had seen one here, maybe not? Time to start getting creative with meal prep!

I’d split your test dose up and take it every other day with your npp. Then when you decide to increase your dose you can either add more oil to your current split or increase the amount of times you take it.
