Summer time I can find some big sob’s. The crave salt here in the summer. But when acorns start dropping (before the season) they get tough to find. All the places I have permission to hunt are small. Like under 20 acres.

Running em down isn’t what I do. I find the best tree on the property, wait on the rut, put my hours in, and wait for one to Fck up. Strategy has never let me down!

I always tell folks who ask. When it comes to big buck, where u hunt is way more important than how.

Yep. I learned to hunt public land on a refuge that was mostly bow only. Once I found a really good spot, it was game-on. I could go in there stinky covered in sweat and come out with a deer every weekend.
