News for you... My gym doesn't have turf and they still don't put weights back. It pisses me off even worse when I trip over someone's dumbbells that they left by a machine or in a walk way area.

In short, people are assholes who don't respect the gym.

Weights between the machines is an asshole move by whoever left them there. That is a lack of even the most basic gym etiquette.

I only mention the turf because that area used to be filled with pin-loaded machines. Now I spend 15 minutes cleaning up the turf, before even getting to the weight room or plate loaded machine area.

Another pet peeve of mine is when people take the bar off of the decline bench so they can do abs on it and just leave it on the floor where people can trip over it.

Some dude did that at my gym today; he started to walk away after his sets, but caught the look of total fucking disgust on my face, and turned around, picked it up and put it back. Lol

155,000 miles and the baby mama-mobile is still running strong. I got an oil change this morning and now a much needed wash.

It's been years since I've found a Mercury dime, but I finally did tonight. This one is from 1943.

The mint mark on those is on the reverse , on the bottom after the e in "One" left side bottom of the fasces , S or D that could be a 6 dollar dime.

If it has no mint mark at all , It was made in Philadelphia and those are a bit more rare and have sold at auction for hundreds to thousands depending on grade/condition.

Value on those also depends on the bands on the fasces and how they were stricken during the minting " full bands" all three struck in full detail are rare , so those are worth way more.

Good find man !

I forgot all about that. I remember it now that you say it, because my grandfather got me into collecting coins and Mercury dimes are one of the coins he gave me a lot of.

This one I found last night has no mint mark.

I never knew this, but that makes sense. Maybe one of these days I will come across something like that. I've found coins as old as a 1915 Buffalo nickel with surprisingly little wear.

Thanks for the explanation.
