So I was lifting fairly regularly for about two years. Then, I got hit with COVID badly in late December of 2023. It took until about 7 weeks ago for me to be able to start working out again. This will be my post-long COVID lifting log. Nothing special or impressive. Just my progress.

I'm taking a cocktail of ALA, Magnesium, CoQ 10, and 10 grams of creatine daily. It's been a game-changer.

will you post a progress pic.
I will when I have some progress. I am soft, my dude. I have some small lumps underneath this layer of loose skin, but I don't really have much else to speak of.
Actually, come to think of it, I should probably post a photo in my journal pretty soon just as a starting reference.

what were your macros yesterday?
Protein: 214
Fat: 62
Carbs: 305

I could improve those numbers with better foods, but the macros themselves seem decent. I feel good and my lifts continue to improve.
Fat is a bit on the high side because my dad has a farm and gave me a cow's worth of ground beef, but it's all grass-fed. I'm not buying meat when I got a whole damn cow in the deep-freeze. LOL

maybe, how much do you weigh?
I'm around 180. Not looking to get a beach body or compete or anything like that. I just want to fill out some of the loose skin and softness from dropping down to 180 from 315.

I'm assuming you're being sarcastic on the ivermectin.
As far as the others go, Hell yeah, it's working. A massive amount of Googling (because my doctor's basically said, "You have long COVID. You're fucked"), led me to studies that people with long COVID have impaired mitochondrial function and less ability to produce force in the muscles. Those studies concluded that a combination of ALA, magnesium, CoQ10, and creatine helped improve mitochondrial function and increase work capacity in the muscle. It repairs them from the effects of COVID. Works like a miracle for me.

Thanks, man. I'm new here, so I didn't want to be the one to say it. 😂
Has some one taken it that had covid ,, and did their covid clear up while they were on it ... yes I'm sure that it has happened.

That's not Ivermectin killing a virus , that's simply called a coincidence.
