Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps (Push)
Day 2: Back, Traps
Day 3: Arms
Day 4: Legs
Day 5: Chest, Shoulders
Day 6: Back, Traps, Biceps (Pull)
Day 7: Legs
Day 8: Arms
Having trouble with whether or not I'd want to switch days 5 and 6 or not but the general idea is that you're able to have dedicated arm days without taking as much focus away from your chest and back that you would on an Arnold split since you hit both on the same day. Something like this may already exist but I was just curious if this split is good or if its just the worst of PPL and Arnold combined lol.
