Aug 27, 2024 - Chest/shoulders. Lifted at the work gym. Everything felt good. No PRs but progress since last session. The precor seated dip feels like it is built for my body. 10/10, I'm a fan.
Finished with some posing practice. I'm noticing the upper body stuff is really secondary to the foot work if you want it to look good. I still trip over myself when trying to connect the upper body transition with the lower. I still look like a doofus but I'm getting there.

Aug 28, 2024 - Legs at PF. Great session. Went in tired as fuck on 5 hours of sleep and progressed on everything. Back in a nice groove and feeling great.

Can someone help me understand this?

From my understanding (which aint much), estradiol is on the high end, meaning he's aromatizing at an imbalance and could benefit from an increase in AI. But the free test makes me question that.

That's pretty high in relation to the Serum test, based on what little I know.

I'm reading through the whole thread now to see if his protocol is posted, or other blood panels which may show. To me, without seeing it yet, this could indicate a low SHBG, possible effect of something like Anavar? Could also explain the higher Estradiol as well. I think Albumin could also play a role.

But I'm just learning. Don't beat my ass just yet haha

Most guys let their E2 run higher but I already have breast tissue so I took 12.5 aromasin last night.
I also need e2 management on 120mgs/week of test for context.

This last blood work was to see how much e2 management I get from 100primo with 250test. Now I'm trying to decide whether I want to try switching the primo with mast, or dropping the primo completely and trying 300 test using an AI to manage e2. Or raise the primo a little and see what that does. When I first put the primo in it was at 200mg/week and I felt like it was hitting my hair pretty hard. Could have been in my head (pun intended), not really sure. Maybe I'll try that first since test and primo is already in place.
The problem is.....I have so many .5ml syringes that perfectly fit my current test/primo ratio

I also wouldn't follow my example I don't really have a clear goal I'm basically just doing bodybuilding drugs and seeing what works for me.

Yeah I think at the end of the day, it's all just a big science experiment for everyone who does it. Dialing things in, pulling some back, adding some in other areas.

There is no cookie cutter. Try a compound, see what it does, and go from there.

Are you using finasteride for the hair loss? That does seem to be a decently cookie cutter'ish approach to that issue. Same with a good ketoconizal shampoo. I have to use that regardless due to sensitivity to molds and particulates.

Fair, but other guys live the lifestyle more and have defined goals they aim for. @eazy comes to mind.

I am using finasteride. Filled in a little and stopped the progression but even with that, having primo over 100mgs seem like it was thinning out the top again.

Aug 31, 2024 - Back/pull. Going to skip back for a while unfortunately. The tendon I tweaked barked a little during the pull downs and my dumb ass still did single arm pulls later. Made some progress here and there but not enough to be worth how close I got to a bigger injury.
I can still train legs, shoulders, and chest so that's good news. I can't believe my vertical pulling is so piss poor I'm almost hurting my bicep. At least now that's what I'm convinced it is rather than the close grip pulling. I'm also fortunate in that I can probably still get away with some SLDL pulling to at least load the erectors.

Sep 7, 2024 - Legs. Missed a week but still added some reps on a couple movements. Work has been pretty hectic, back to school week walloped us. Finally got the offer for my new position. Countered with over two times the figure. We'll see how it shakes out Monday.
Lifts felt pretty good for the first time back. May use that leg press again. It doesn't let me get super deep into the hole but it seemed to hit my quads will. Gnarly pump and I'm feeling the doms.
