Going through it raw is the fastest way out.
I feel great now I don’t have any urges ever anymore. It doesn’t even bother me at all!! I make meetings like once every blue moon but it’s been few years since ive been. I work alot now ak with working out to helps keep my head on tight !! My biggest part was getting all my ducks in the same pond then. Then I’ll figure out how to get them in a row lol 😂

No training. Dead fucking tired from three sub 8 hours nights in a row. Ran out of meal prep because I'm heading out of town Saturday, ended up making bad food choices. Was able to get to bed early and I'm excited to train tonight. Ham focused legs.

Got last minute errands done before hitting the road and still made it in time for hams and a little cardio. I might not be pulling the most weight but I've never felt more confident in my deadlift variations. Everything felt buttery. Even the reps approaching fatigue. Cardio stationary bike 15 minutes 135bpm-149bpm.

Made it to Tennesse. Cool state. Staying in Lenoir City if anyone has gym recommendations. Was going to just go to my girlfriends planet fitness but if there's any good local spots I might just buy us both a month.
Also open to food recommendations. I didn't know I liked ribs until my last trip here. Got my socks knocked off a spot in market square, Myrtle's I think. Also Archers impressed me, but again, don't have much good bb experience.

SAME I be whipping it up in the kitchen. My ol lady doesn’t fuck with the healthy life style like me. She still in better shape fucking genetics 🧬 so I have to cook most of my own food I meal prep a lot helps me keep better track !!

I've been ordering meal prep and it's really helped with compliance this last week. It's the after 11:30 nights I can really undo a day of good dieting.
While I'm visiting we're going to be eating out and cooking comfort food. I just polished off a plate of hash browns and four eggs with elote seasoning for breakfast. Luckily I'll be able to hit the gym and get more steps in than usual. If I keep the big meals to one a day and within 8 hours of my preworkout meal I should be groovy. Goal is to finish the vacation in slightly better shape. Not a huge ask considering the shape of things.
Just realized I didn't pack any bottoms to workout in so I'm off to target to hopefully find something I can squat in.

Feb 12, 2023 - Good workout. Girlfriend showed me around the local PF. Everyone there looked very Tennesse. Didn't track food at all. Had tortilla crusted tilapia for dinner then ate a donut and some chocolate chip cookies. Also drank some chocolate milk. I fucking love trying local dairy brands. The right amount of salt really makes the beverage.
