Good one today. The smith machines at this PF suck cock. The tracks are so fucking grimey it's like pushing the bar through mud. I'll go ahead and call it extra resistance. Usually wouldn't come back to shoulders this soon in my programming but couldn't resist. No pain left in the right joint. Beautiful pump, a few rep PRs, and a light skinned black guy told my girlfriend she's "a fine woman".

Got in PF for a quick one. Just arms. Absolute juicer. If I had a little more time I'd finish with a single arm over head cable extension. Those, and the v grip variation are two of my new favorite tricep movements. Overhead tricep anything feels pretty great to me.
Been three 35mg doses since I've needed to take arimidex (.125). I'm hopeful I'm already getting close to finding a dose that will work for me. It probably also helps the BF is down a little. Everything I've learned here has been immensely helpful.
I ate some burnt ends mac and cheese today that was pretty good but they skimped on the double burnt ends I ordered. Oh well, ordered shrimp skewers as well that were simple but tasted great.

Had a late Valentines dinner at a spot called Connor's Steak and Seafood. Got prime rib, shrimp and cheese grits, white cheddar mac, and a Caesar salad.

Seems like a lot of volume on chest pressing movements and flys. If this is listed in the order you did it then, then I would think the Smith machine would have been enough to get you warmed up.

I'm in the process of cutting out junk volume myself, and use that energy to move heavier weight instead.

You're probably right....I've always thought of them as "greasing the groove". But if my tops are only 70lbs it doesn't make sense taking 15 reps just to get there.

This wasn't much but felt like a huge win. Had limited time before close but still was able to get 15 minutes of mobility work in before this and the whole thing was completely pain free. Felt tremendous. Excited to start throwing weight at legs again. Really just at the age now where I need respect the mobility work. Cant get away with just "warm up sets" anymore when it comes to lower days. Stayed pain free the next day aside form the soreness where it's supposed to be.
The Hammer Strength leg press didn't jive with me. Couldn't get a good rom no matter how I set up the back. The single leg felt money.

Another great one. Finished with 10 minutes of stair master at 9. Might be my new favorite cardio.
Ditched the warm up sets for DB presses and got more reps out over all sets. "Junk volume" is something I completely understand and if you had asked me a week ago I'd be positive I implement. It took Send0 pointing out how many needles warm up sets I still had for me to realize, well.....how many needles warm up sets I had. I'm sure there are many areas of my diet/training that will require the same review. This was a fun one. Felt strong.
