Seems like a lot of volume on chest pressing movements and flys. If this is listed in the order you did it then, then I would think the Smith machine would have been enough to get you warmed up.Feb 17, 2023
Good one. Felt a little soreness in the elbows half way through. First time taking the 70s out in over a year a half. Love feeling like I'm becoming me again.
Had a late Valentines dinner at a spot called Connor's Steak and Seafood. Got prime rib, shrimp and cheese grits, white cheddar mac, and a Caesar salad.

You're probably right....I've always thought of them as "greasing the groove". But if my tops are only 70lbs it doesn't make sense taking 15 reps just to get there.Seems like a lot of volume on chest pressing movements and flys. I'm in the process of cutting out junk volume myself, and use that energy to move heavier weight instead.
