May 14, 2023 - Should have listened to my body and taken a rest day. Decided to use preworkout and get into the gym for some legs anyways. Immediately got winded. I started with smith squats, nothing too heavy, immediately after felt weak and out of breath. Feels like the slightly weak, no pump in the muscle feeling from yesterday but worse.

I had been taking .25 arimidex every 3.5 days on ~120-130mg/week test cyp. Body weight was staying around 211. March 20th I started taking Raloxifene 120mg ED to see if it will effect my gyno. Noticeable decrease in size already so I was planning to continue into June then taper off over the course of a month. April 15th I started adding hcg at 200iu eod with my test shot. Foolishly figured I would preemptively increase arimidex to every 3 days to account for what I assumed would be a noticeable increase in aromatization. Felt great, nothing out of the ordinary. Last arimidex dose was .25 on 5/12. First workout that felt "off" was the 13th.

Since I started trt my weight has been 210-212. About a week into May I'm down to 205, since then I've been holding right under. The 13th I was 201, and today, the 14th, I was 196.

Last week a few confounding factors came into play. Started .5 finasteride ED. Decided to stop smoking weed for a while to let myself air out for a couple weeks. Pretty depressed from the breakup and figured I start feeling better if I wasn't nuking my feelings away with weed. Of course, this throws off my appetite. Stacked up about 4 days in a row where I seriously under ate and under slept. Three nights in a row of 5 hours of sleep and also not cracking 2000 calories. Friday night I ate around 1000 calories.

I'm thinking I need to take a few rest days and see how I feel. Make food and sleep my focus. Lay off the arimidex, perhaps for good, shouldn't really need it at my trt dose despite getting E2 sides when I started. Wondering if drop in body weight and cessation of marijuana use has changed my rate of aromatization . Pull bloods if I don't start feeling better in a week. I shall ponder on the Tree of Woe.

Life fitness prone leg curl - Didn't feel too heavy but felt overly draining. Hard to explain. Don't feel the "attack" I usually get in the gym.

Feeling better in the gym. Still feeling pretty "meh" outside of the gym. I have nightmares about my ex every fucking night. Waking up has been brutal.
My weight stayed at 196 for a few days but I felt like shit and didn't want to train. Got the food up and now I feel better and I'm sitting at 203 slightly leaner than my previous 203. I'm going to get back down there over the next month.
Considering spending some money on an online coach. Any members here offer coaching? I'd need someone to help me reevaluate my training. I've been making minimal gains through sheer consistency and would likely benefit from someone else designing my protocol.
Switched to daily injections. No need for any arimidex as of late. Hornier than ever. HCG seems to working. Balls are hanging and loads are "ample". Getting bloods pulled in the next week.

May 28, 2023 - Felt great felt strong. I need to get better at pull ups. If I don't train them regularly I go from being able to knock out 10 to 4 being a struggle. Weight is at 204.

Day off so I just had a banana and protein shake before training and went out for drinks food after. I was stoked about trying this new food truck. Ended up being terrible. I was pretty bummed, they had currywurst on the menu and I was expecting to experience a moment of childhood again. Tasted underdone. Goddamn worst texture I've ever had in a brat. They had a french onion grilled cheese that was ok. Truffle fries were decent.

May 30, 2023 - Quick arm day before work. Every two movements were supersets with each other. Added a little weight here and there likely because I only hit 3 sets of each rather than 4. Mood was pretty good today. I'm leading sales in my department so that was great to hear.

Jun 5, 2023 - I really need a better training plan. I've been telling myself to start training bench more often but I check my log and I haven't benched since the 26th.
Lifts felt great. My lack of experience pressing is becoming glaring. The surgery I had on my left side effected whatever muscles helps you pin your scapula back. It's difficult to get it into and keep it in place while pressing. Kind of frustrating but I'm sure the strength/stability will come. I really need to get some lifting gear too I never use a damn strap/belt/wraps at this point I'm foolish not too.
Should be easy to eat properly the rest of the day. Chill day tomorrow so I'm going to take some time stretching my hips out. I really feel them after the Zercher squats. I also feel like I can't breath in all the way at the top of the lift because the bar crushes my diaphragm.
Excited to train tomorrow. I've been enjoying the shit out of straight leg deadlifts. Going to start with those and then add some vertical pulling and something for rear delts. I saw a fly shorty hitting a front double at every station she trained at.

Jun 16, 2023 - Quad focused legs. More weight/reps than last time and didn't get nauseous. Ended up fighting off a cold for the two days I had off right after this. I was excited to train and have nothing else to do but figured I'd chill. Monday's back around so I'm off to add 5lbs to my bench in pursuit of a respectable 1rm.
