Actually I didn’t take anything, I am supposed to take liv52 and milk thistle but I wasn’t doing it over the cruise period to be Frank. Guess I’ve just got a pretty resilient liver.Do you take anything for the liver? Outstanding bounce back. It's a pl meet coming up like April again right?

Yeah I hope it has a benefit but idk if it really would do much to mitigate the amount of damage the tren looked like it did.Awesome. Yeah i started using a liver/organ support off Amazon I wanted to try. Interested in seeing if it is giving any benefit.
Any idea on target numbers yet?

finding a coach is tough I think especially for BB because a lot of coaches often charge an arm and a leg and to me as a beginner it doesn’t necessarily feel worth that much money hahaha. But I really like having a coach, i think I’ve made much more progress than if I tried everything myself/from forums at the beginning.
Women can get all kinds of emotional after a baby , its very natural and normal. In a way she is going to need you to lean on just as much as the baby for a while until her emotions and hormones return to normal.weight:101kg at the gym I was at 105kg after a couple meals. Being pretty aggressive about food again. Almost threw up at lunch. Need to push myself.
PEDS: feeling good, no sides as of now.

Notes: been an interesting week. Recently I’ve only had time to take care of the baby, work, take the dog out, lift and eat. everything seems to be going smoothly in that respect which makes me very happy. Newborn is in good health and seems to be getting more active each day. I lift during my lunch breaks (2hours) at work each day and Saturday when the baby falls asleep. I don’t really have any reason to slack off in training because of my lunch break. My personal life was a bit of a mess this week but likely for the better in the long run. I ended up hashing things out with my wife yesterday. we decided that we need to put family first and part of that means getting past whatever interpersonal problems the two of us had in our relationship. Hope the rest of the year continues to go smoothly and training goes well. Besides family lifting and work I don’t have any priorities so my progress should go well.
