Extremely happy today.

Was able to RDL all the way to the floor, pain free. No back pain whatsoever with a decent working weight.

Did 140kg/310lbs for 10 with this depth, short pauses.

There was a power outage so I had to use my phone flashlight to lift, so I went a bit light as a precaution.

i will add a little more weight next week, but take it slowly and my top set will be shooting for 10 reps. If I go over i think this is alright for now until my lumbar spine is fully healed and I am more secure about adding weight again.

I definitely think my hamstring strength for this lift has been only slightly diminished through this cut, but now that we are in the latter half i expect keeping it the same will be a struggle.

Yeah hahaha this is the second time it’s happened. Was like this on back day too in the middle of a set of t bar rows 😂 couldn’t figure out where to put the fucking bar back

96.3 chest day went well. Still pushing 3 plates on incline and added 5kg on machine press for 135kg x9 nice grindy set.

Improvements were made this week. Leg tie ins are back. Noticing new lines on glutes/hams from the side, and more quad definition.
Taper starting up, improved my front relaxed. Posing in the legs seems fuller.
Chest striations are coming back.

This one I got a lot more separation on quad. I need to practice getting quad and ham/glute cuts out

Another great day. Was able to finally use leg press again without intolerable pain on my low back, full rom, and to failure with 220kg final set.

Last week I could only do half reps, and couldn’t get to failure due to the pain on my spine. This is a huge improvement, from doing full RDL to full rom on the horizontal leg press. Pretty sure I could barbell row too, but I’m still going to take that a bit slow.
Also added 20kg to hack squat close stance.
Absolutely gutted after.

Damn I misread my notes I thought the images on the left were at a higher weight. I looked at my log and had an image of the scale, on the day which was 3kg LESS than what I recalled out of memory.

Hamstrings doing great! Back healing up nicely! Was able to RDL 160kg/350lbs for 8, and stopped because my grip was not in all the way. Pretty certain I have 10 if I hit a nasty grind. Extremely happy. I’ll be back to 400lbs for 8 in no time and I have no doubt in my mind I’m going to be ripping 5 plates with no back next bulking phase in the off ssason.

Lost 14kg/30lbs but they are really holding on well.

Arms are a little weaker. Had to take off some weight midway into my fst7 set. Cannot French press the whole stack any more, cut my machine triceps dip weight by 20kg. Biceps lost a bit of strength too. Might have just used a lot of energy burning out my hamstrings.

Legs getting a bit leaner, midsection too.

First day starting t3, as it arrived in the mail today.
Weight:95.3kg
Veins going up onto rib cage this morning.

Randomly enough got free membership to a tanning place that a lot of body builders here use today . so that will cut some costs when I finally will be competing 😂. Honestly body building is a bit of a weird sort of industry here (I assume everywhere) and it is certainly no where near the most bizarre things people on the internet in China will offer/ask

This looks like the leanest I've seen you yet on here, good job! Definition is incredible. Looks like you could compete right now of you wanted to.

Thanks man! I still think I would have a way to go in terms of weight loss for competition if I wanted to be my best. I definitely think I can push this conditioning harder without any real trouble, and want to get a bit more off the lower midsection, and legs to get better hamstring and glute condition.

Chest and arms
A bit annoyed I always gain weight after my rest day despite only eating 200g carbs! Tough cookies.
So I have lost 15kg off my incline now just about, when it isn’t on a machine.
Still training to absolute failure. Back feeling more and more solid every day.

Tried new lighting to see legs a bit better and vascularity on abs with closer camera position

Lower midsection is the bane of my existence 😅

It's the last part for me that I'm really unwilling to go through the pain of dieting down that hard to get rid of since I'm not competing for anything.

Yeah totally fair ahahaha I don’t think it’s necessary for non competitors unless they are just super serious about recreational body building

Some leg movements increased. Very surprised actually.
