I'd have to disagree with you on the test base. Hypogonadism occurs even with a test base and causes temporary sperm count loss/infertility. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22419294/MENT was developed as birth control. It was only dropped because of bone density loss. With a test base you are theoretically good.

As far as MENT'S effectiveness as a contraceptive, I'm not sure how good it is, as does anyone else. It may have been made for contraceptive, but anadrol was also created for muscle wasting diseases and burn victims. Didn't work out too well.
