I deal with these people at work. It pisses me off. I have almost 20yrs experience in my field and I’m always looking to help. It makes it easier on everyone if you know the correct steps, safer also.

Unfortunately a lot of people think that we’re always looking to screw the new guys over

I have been saying this for years.

Many people in my life areASKHOLES!!

But at the same time I can flip it and say maybe I think I know everything and people should listen to me..

Or maybe sometimes people feel they think their way IS the only way, when in fact there are a million different ways to do something, most ask people how they would do it because they want to bounce ideas off people and make a conscious decision taking into account all options
