Trying to identify what is wrong with my left shoulder, and how to recover

As soon as I do a set of chest excercises (mostly bench press and/or dumbell flyes) at a weight of say 60+% of my max strength level, I get a flare-up of left shoulder pain (like somebody is sticking a needle in it), which stays like that for as long as the pump stays. After the pump goes away, most of the pain goes away. I think it's the front delt (but can never say for 100%). Its a chronic innjury over multiple years now.

If I had a flare-up from chest exercises, it will cause problems for other muscle groups for the next month:
- Pulldowns (front or back) will suddenly also give the same shoulder pain, there is irritation while doing these exercises (but if i skip chest for a month, these exercises wont irritate)
- Bicep curls will suddenly also give the same shoulder pain (but if i skip chest for a month, these exercises wont irritate), and if I go heavy during such time of flare-up it can get really bad where the front delt and bicep are connected, and can be so bad that i have to then skip both bicep & chest exercises for 3 months.
However:
- I can usually do a shoulders day (dumbell press / side raises / bent-over raises, skipping front raises) without getting this pain to flare up at all (unless its so bad that i should not do anything).
- I do a little bit less of the maximum stretch at the bottom, so I don't over-stretch, as this causes irritation too.

- What is exactly wrong? Or how can I test to know what exactly is wrong?
- What are the options to improve/repair this?

P.S.

Precautions I take physically while excercising chest:
- I try to do the exercises in good form.
-I try to keep my shoulders down/back, so I am not by mistake rounding them to the front, as I understand this can cause it.
- I try to not snap/shock/lock-out at the top, because I understand that's like torturing the tendons like snapping an elastic band from 0 to max spread quickly, which can make it tear.

What I did with medicine/supplements:
- I am now trying BPC157+TB500, already did 60+ days of that, and still using it. This did improve/repairsome small other injuries in my body slightly, maybe improved shoulder a bit too, but it's still not fixed.
- I take glucosamine&chondrotoin, vitC (&all vitamins/minerals), collagen. (not saying this really works, but just taking this anyway to be sure).

Speak to medical professionals and get imaging done to find out if something is wrong.

In the meantime STOP DOING EXERCISES THAT CAUSE PAIN!!! You're only going to make it worse, give it time to settle down before you make it a chronic issue.

Off the top of my head, it could be bicep tendon, impingement or supraspinatus. Testing will tell more. And the body numbing out to pain is quite normal. And is just a survival mechanism so primitive man could keep hunting and gathering so he could survive. Ignoring pain which is the bodies way of saying don't di that shit any more is usually best not to ignore i find. But i have only had a few surgeries myself.

Thanks guys! And yes, I already avoid pain by doing only 60% of my max weight for chest excercises. (and by doing that for chest, I dont get the pain at all, and i can still go max on all other muscle groups) But I had this problem for many years, and obviously in the many years I made mistakes of going heavier again "once a year" to test if I can finally do it again. And then 3 months problems after trying once. That's how I learned it "the hard way".

(And I'm still lucky & grateful I can still hit shoulders & back on max weight, as long as I keep my chest exercises at 60% max)

Buck: "bicep tendon, impingement or supraspinatus" > thanks!

Yes I need to test. I did imaging once few years ago and they found nothing. I have to try it again with better doctors on the subject.

Was also thinking about PRP & stem cells. Kind of expensive, but interesting to try. (what dr. Adeel Khan etc. are marketing nowadays)

I'll second the post that you need imaging...and not necessarily just the shoulder.
I wouldn't waste the money on PRP or stem cells until I knew they would be a benefit.

Imagining
But sounds like An impingement/ A/c joint.
The AC issue is actually called weight lifters shoulder. They collapse and every weight moves the joint and the 2 sides of the joint literally pass each other ( pain)

My shoulder had to be reconstructed that was one of the issues
