Could keep it simple...

Thumbs Up is +1 point
Thumbs Down is - 1 point

Everything else is just a point neutral emoji.

I like the current set of emoji's, and think the point assignment is fine. I think anymore would be confusing and not used much.

I see a new emoji has been added. Is this a no penis zone emoji? 😂

People get butthurt on internet forums?

In the vein of keeping it simple how about any positive reaction/emoji is +1 and any negative reaction/emoji is -1. I guess that would then mean we would all need to align on what positive/negative each emoji is which complicates things. Nevermind.

I say make muscle emoji a +2 or maybe even higher for use as an alternate thumbs up when someone actually talks about something related to bodybuilding on a bodybuilding forum! 💪

I don't see the system of emoji reactions ever being as useful as reputation was. It was clear you were making an impact on the rep of a user. This is just something where people just pick what option they think is appropriate for the content of the post and not necessarily the poster.

That is a good point. Requiring everyone to know when each emoji is appropriate might not work.
