Good luck100 % consistently day in and day out with everything. Waking up early, sleeping early, eating what and when I'm supposed to, traing smartly to improve my physique.
When I decided I was going to go for this in June, after looking through pics of the over 50 mendms national winners, it was the g hardest to stick to a schedule, not take days off I wasn't supposed ECT
I almost gave up. But my gf at the time was good about it. She told me I know you want this, it comes with a pro card, if course I'll neverp use, and that was the biggest goal if that for me

It becomes all the contest and nothing else and it has to be that way or you'll never look the best you could have.
When I prepare for a contest I don't go out at all, I sleep, train and eat. That's it. And pose.
I've always thought that one of the best parts of bodybuilding is the parties after the contest. I've never been to such insane, crazy, anything goes parties anywhere else.

Competitive bodybuilding attracts a certain type of personality. It's definitely not for everyone.Nope, I have not, and I have no interest. I'm too old and too small. I'm looking forward to dialing back my time in the gym, and replacing it with other interests.
Run hyrox in 65 mins or less
