I'm talking about no preservatives, etc. but I still feel like shit right now after that. it was dumbThe term "clean" itself is silly. Learn that, too.

actually, cheddar is good, but I never got it why it's so often sold when it's one of the most fat cheeses I know. If you buy a standard Eidam, gouda, german, polish etc. cheeses, they tend to be less fat and salty.Mre's, high density crackers and cheese. Hard tack bread.

I mean...there's always this fight against obesity declared by authorities, but then, in the shops, I find often the most fat or high sugar things
I don't get it.Is he going to bed in a ditch somewhere in the Nevada desert?
I don't get it.
When you say ditch in the desert, I think shallow grave lolI associate eating MREs with outdoor survival, camping, "bugging out," etc.
Second this. Are you washing your food like a little racoon? The term "clean" itself is silly. Learn that, too.
I agree with everything you are saying. I dont like "bulking" or trying to gain weight by eating a huge calorie surplus. I'm not even on gear. However the night where I posted this thread I needed like 1000+ calories because I really came up short during the day.Second this. Are you washing your food like a little racoon?
Why the need for high calorie shit when you're "bulking" (another asinine term). It doesn't take much to get in 200-300 extra calories. Tell me you don't have room for an extra banana. That's what, 120 right there. In 40 years of training I have yet to see the benefit of eating in a 500+ calorie surplus versus a 200-300 calorie surplus. It's call bodybuilding, not fat building. No reason to pork up for 3 months only to spend the next 9 leaning out. Not a healthy approach to getting bigger.
Everybody has a day like that occasionally. Coming up short a day or long a day isn't going to make a difference in the wash. If you have a day like that just get back on track the next day.I agree with everything you are saying. I dont like "bulking" or trying to gain weight by eating a huge calorie surplus. I like to have fried chicken, but if I am considering a healthy diet, then boiled chicken with salad and dressing could be my choice.
