whats up yall Im starting my intro late even though I joined the forums earlier this year. I've gained a lot of knowledge within reading a lot of others people discussions and it really helped a lot. Im 22 years old and have been lifting for a little over 3 years now. Since I've started my gym journey i dropped about 95 pounds and put on a decent amount of muscle. I have plans of maybe doing a comp soon just for fun. Depending on how that goes i may pursue bodybuilding. I've been doing a lot of research on cycles and what not, and plan to run my first cycle within the next few years. I know im still young so im going to do as much as I can while im still natty. current weight is 216, 17%bf and I'm 6'2. Ill attach a couple of photos one is from 2022 and one is current. Glad to be apart of this community!

Sure hope you help other people see that they can be more than a tub of lard.
Well done. Look forward to reading how you did it. Perhaps make a journal or post a brief version somewhere other than in intro.

One thing is for certain. You don't waste time with pointless things. Like comers tabs or full stops .
