got heartbroken recently and started my first ever cut, im at 27% bodyfat according to the navy bodyfat calculator and ive already went from 230 to 220 (im 6'4 btw) my maintenance is around 3000 and i eat 1800-2200 with 180g protein every day and I was planning on cutting for the next 3 months and get to 15% by myself and then planned on doing 200mg for 14 days to get to 11-12%. Is this a bad idea? I've been trying to lose weight so desperately and my appetite is non-existent and I really want to see changes right now idk if I should cut down naturally to what I can and then use DNP or do a cycle right now and another one in the winter.

You don't need that poison in your body. Just keep doing what you're doing, don't be impatient.

exactly bro

My guess is you're not food prepping and hitting some junk? If that's the case, fix that.

That's not good. Marathon brother. Think long term.
i just get 200g of chicken breast and 3 eggs, protein bar and 3 protein shakes every day. My appetite is so fucked I even struggle to get that down but I've worked so hard in the gym and don't want to lose any muscle though if I couldn't lose any I would just go on a 30 day water fast

Your appetite and metabolism is tanked due to malnutrition. You need to include healthy fats, fruits, and veggies in pretty much every meal. Start tracking the macros. Your appetite will adjust over time.

Can't eat like a toddler and expect to see results. Not good results anyway.

It took me roughly 2 weeks to not feel like I was force feeding myself. Now I'm actually hungry every time I'm supposed to eat. 3 moderate meals, 3 snacks in between every day to hit 2300 calories, 190g protein, 120-170g carbs, under 90g fat per day.

I have found the results from DNP to be about the same as cutting another 500 calories.

Still hungry and having cravings? Suck on a piece of bakers chocolate. It will be gross, will trick your brain into hating sweets, and will upset your stomach just enough that you feel too nauseous to eat.

Your diet absolutely blows. Pretty void of vitamins and minerals.

No fats?

Still missing many nutrients. Mix it up.
what would you recommend I include?

Also some1 lmk if this is a bad idea but I'm thinking do a 2 week cycle in october then another 2 week cycle in december-january, in october i'd stick strictly to 100-200 mg and 200-400mg for my 2nd one

Fish oil, at a minimum. Preferably from salmon, sardines, herring, or similar.

And literally any other fruits and vegetables.

Bad idea. Stop looking for a shortcut, put in the effort. Especially when it's a poison that can kill you.

Just my 2 cents, I would wait to cycle until you have your diet dialed in and have proper blood work done. Otherwise you're shooting a cannon in the dark.

Healthy fats can be easily added through avocados, olive oil, walnuts, sardines, whole milk yogurt, and many more.

A typical day for me looks like this,

Breakfast: 3 eggs, 4 slices turkey bacon
Snack: 1/2 cup oats (measured dry), 15 blueberries, 1 tablespoon flax, 1/4cup greek yogurt
Lunch: 1 cup broccoli, 8oz chicken breast
Snack: 3/4cup low fat cottage cheese, 1/2 banana
Workout: 24g whey protein, 1/2 banana
Dinner: 6oz chicken breast, 1/2cup rice, 1cup broccoli
Snack: handful walnuts, scoop of protein powder in greek yogurt.

This gets me pretty darned close to my needs.

You need more variety in veggies, everything you eat is green. It's not perfect, but different colors tend to be different vitamin profiles.

Suggestions:
Reds: Tomatoes, peppers, beets, red cabbage
Oranges: Carrots, sweet potatoes, peppers
Yellows: Peppers, squash
Greens: Spinach, kale, mixed greens, seaweed

And either eat salmon or supplement with a quality omega 3, the flax and walnuts are cutting it, poor absorption/bioavailability.

I usually include salmon twice a week, and sweet potatoes at least 3 times a week.
But yes, i have fallen off with the peppers and other nightshades. They're in season right now so I will get to chomping them

Easy trick I use, when I cook a batch of chicken and rice, I add a bag of frozen mixed veggies and chopped spinach to the rice at the end of cooking it, plus some olive oil and seasonings.

Classic mix... peas, carrots, corn, green beans, lima beans.

Yes indeed. I do that quite often. Or i'll take fresh kale and collards and add them at the end of making monster mash just so they wilt and helps activate the sulforiphane. Can fit like a whole big head of each in 3 or 4 meals.

I've gotten shafted last couple times I bought bags of cali blend frozen veggies, open them up to find its nothing but carrots. I like carrots, but damn wheres the rest?
