Just wanted to give some motivation for you womens on here and guys guys looking for their wives/girlfriends. My wife started her journey 16 weeks ago as of the pics. She's down 20+lbs and has gained crazy strength and muscle. I'm super proud of her.
That’s an amazing transformation, my wife is down 19lb too but she had a lot more to lose than your wife. She still doing great though. I think she wants another 10-15lb off. Lockdown and a new job sent her off the health rails a bit she gained about 25-30lb
That's a dramatic chance and considering she was not in bad shape to begin with, exceptional difference. You have to figure the first week or two, not much is happening so it's a drastic change over that time line.
Keep her motivated! The gym gains and the weight loss will start to be a little harder to find so don't let her get discouraged in the months to come. The diet rewards you long before the weightlifting but when it comes body composition, you need both.
