This whole thing is crazy. Like you said, this doesn’t benefit the US in the slightest. Soldiers will die and it will cost a fortune. The Palestinians aren’t just going to be like “OK, we’re leaving now” and the neighbouring countries have already said that taking them in is not an option.

That's the thing. Sending soldiers to die for something that does not benefit us at all is the exact thing Trump was preaching against for the past decade. To make an exception for this would be ridiculous.

I don't blame Egypt, Jordan or others for refusing the idea. If nothing else, it would make them look weak to do every little thing Trump tells them to.

“dimensions” in this context are not physical directions like up/down, left/right, or forward/backward. Instead, they refer to independent parameters or degrees of freedom that fully describe the quantum state of the light ...

In quantum mechanics, the state of any physical system is described by a mathematical construct called a Hilbert Space.

A Hilbert space is just an abstract arena full of data points and each point can represent the state of the system at any given time.

Things like Qubit - classical quantum analog - runs in two dimensions ... so what these tricky bastards did was create a larger Hilbert Space and found that they had 37 dimensional points.

Like a grocery list right , ya got 37 items on it or dimensions to it , but it's still on a flat piece of paper in 2 dimensions.

Or paint, the canvas is two dimensions but the artist might use 37 pigments to create a wide variety of colors , it doesnt mean the canvas suddenly gains 37 more spatial dimensions.

It doesnt rewrite physics or anything the cool part is the Hilbert Space they created , its huge and will be an amazing tool.
