Giving blood

When giving blood do you not say anything about taking test. Will they ask or say anything when red blood count is high?

The questionnaire usually asks about injectable drug use etc. I just mark no. The little bit of test that will be in the blood wont amount to anything in my opinion.

What they don't know can't hut them or anyone else as long as that is all you are doing. Before I had prescribed blood drops, they always seemed a little apprehensive when they saw me, but they never turned me away.
