short on time about 35 min in tha gym total. Single at 550 for bench at top set. followed by quick set of pull-ups and had to get back to work. Second bench day later this week.
what's up UG. Going to start a log here. since this ginger spends more time on here posting videos of himself not drinking and complaining he can view my log and tell me how week and fat I am. everyone here seems cool hopefully I can pop my head in on everyone's logs and see how you all are...
