    Agree. Most of the ingredients in it are underdosed and just put in there so they can charge you for it on the label. Except for the caffeine I like Woke AF and gorilla mode. Woke has better flavor and mixes more easily but both are dosed properly for what they have. Both are also decently high...

    Stronglifts is good to build your strength base, which I think you need to do since you said you've only been lifting for 3 months. But SL is definitely lacking in the hypertrophy department, and adding in lateral raises or other isolation work multiple times a week shouldn't really interfere...
