that being said, virgin muscle pip is a real thing and it could possibly get better as you become used to it.
early on for me, whenever i added a new site to my rotation, the first 2--3 shots would give me pip/soreness, now i get no pip on any of my sites.

yeah I've only been doing vg& upper glute but kinda wanna try lats and traps at leastcalf and bicep seems brutal
