Hello everyone! I’m 41 years old and have been lifting on and off for the last 20 years or so. I’m 5’7” and about 209 pounds with around 15-18% bodyfat. I have one cycle under my belt and currently just started TRT. Looking to brush up on my knowledge of things and see where I can take this fitness journey

How was your first cycle? What does your training look like?
Sorry, just seeing this. First cycle was dbol and test enanthate way back when. Ran dbol weeks 1-4 and test e 1-10. Gained a solid 20-25 pounds of muscle. Now running TRT at 150mg’s a week. Just started about 2 weeks ago. I don’t have many pics as of yet but here’s one from an Instagram story. Also… just lost 30 pounds or so since March.
