I started a deficit just under two weeks ago and switched my cycle so it was more of a dry/hardening stack to see what kind of shape I could get in to. Pretty happy with the look so far. Running:
- 250mg Test/week
- 100mg Mast/week
- 100mg Primo/week
- 25mg Var/day
- 25mg Winstrol/day

Oh yeah, random cute story from yesterday which I forgot to include. I was hitting a few poses in the mirror post-training yesterday and this lovely older chap walked in mid-pose and said I’m looking great. He’s 75 and I still see him training in there a few times a week. Turns out he’s got a history of competing and is on the wall of fame at my gym. He said he was all natural during his competitive days. Great to see him still putting a shift in at that age.
