Hi all, came back with these blood work levels. Here are my results. Note I've never taken anything at all.

Prolactin (266 mIU/L): reference range (<300)

LH (4 IU/L): reference range (1-10)

FSH (1 IU/L): reference range (1-10)

E2 (84 pmol/L): reference range (<150)

Testosterone (13 nmol/L): reference range (10-33)

fTestosterone (300 pmol/L): reference range (150-700)

SHBG (21 nmol/L)L: reference range (13-71)

IGF-1 (45 nmol/L): reference range (17-42)

TSH (1.4 mIU/L): reference range (0.5-4)

free T4 (16 pmol/L): reference range (10-20)

free T3 (5.1 pmol/L): reference range (2.8-6.8)

I did do a pretty hard workout the night before. I slept well but realised after the blood test I was particularly dehydrated and hungry which was causing me to have a headache. I did a previous blood test a few months ago and increased my testosterone a bit by losing some weight which also caused my SHBG levels to double (not sure why).

How much do you weigh?
How much body fat do you have (post a pic)?
How many hours of sleep do you get every night?
How many calories do you eat daily?

Body fat negatively corelates to T levels. One way is the more body fat the more aromatase enzyme which converts testosterone to estrogen. The more estrogen's the more your body can think it is making to much testosterone.
