Test levels ok but DHEAS is been driven down and low

Hi guys,

I had bloods done before, 4 weeks in and again now at 8 weeks

Wandering what i should do about the DHEAS?

Natty
Total Testosterone (Siemens) 18 nmol/L
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin 32 nmol/L
DHEAS 2.6 umol/L (3.0-10)
Calculated Free Testosterone 377.4 pmol/L

200mg a week - inject 2x week for 4 weeks.
Testosterone 50 nmol/L
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin 23 nmol/L
No DHEA test
Free Testosterone 1495.1 pmol/L
Oestradiol 241 pmol/L = 65 pg/ mL

Sensitive nips so dropped level to 90mg week.

90mg a week - inject daily
Total Testosterone (Siemens) 41 nmol/L
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin 26 nmol/L
DHEAS 1.9 umol/L (3.0-10)
Calculated Free Testosterone 1121.1 pmol/L
Oestradiol 95 pmol/L = 25.8 pg/ mL

I have been sick for 6 weeks, possibly covid. not sure if this makes a difference ?
Just on the tail end of that now.

What about supplementing with pregnenolone? or that and DHEA ?

My DHEA Sulfate levels were low and it was recommended that I supplement with 50 mg of DHEA daily to pump those levels up. It did!

i think that is an option too. I only know what i've read. I use hcg regularly, but thats the extent of my personal experience.
