Only stretches abs and foam rolling today. My legs are still in recovery from the run. Things are starting to click with the new job and workout schedule. Going to wait until I get a few solid weeks in before I start playing with any numbers.

Diet is getting cleaned up so I’m going to start tracking my macros again and getting sometime to check in here more. Hope you brothers and sisters are doing well. KEEP GRINDING 💪😎

Was missing too many days and wasn’t doing any good mentally. So switching up the training and taking Wednesday and Sunday off. Aiming for hitting everything once per week. Extra day off and more time to recover. Hopefully be able to build up my positive feedback loop and get back to winning. 💪😎

Trying to stay humble. Just get consistent without missing and scheduled days. Need to get the diet dialed in. Feeling good thought.

Found some old GH in the way back of my spare fridge. Just doing 2iu on training days. Going to some blood work in a month or two just to see what’s going on under the hood. For the most part feeling pretty dang good! NEED to get the diet locked and start the weight goi g down and the weights going up baby!! Summer time is just around the corner!

Keep killing it family and never quit on yourself💪😎

Great week! Not impressed with the numbers, but remembering to stay humble and go slow. Consistency is key. Also need to get diet dialed in to start dropping some bf%.

My oldest son is leaving for active duty Military on Monday so I know we’re going out to eat! After that it’s on like donkey Kong 🔥

Next week looking for more reps or more weight . One week at a time baby💪😎

The Wife has crazy meetings this week and next week. Haven’t had much help with my son. Last couple days before my other sons send off to the Military seemed like it was all fast forward. Still going to push to finish this week STRONG🥇

Sleep has been spotty for sure. Still getting used to overnights. Diet is starting to look better. At least I’ve cut out all the junk calories. 💪😎

Doing low carb to get the weight moving down. Starting to believe CJ that carbs aren’t EVIL, but want to make sure I’m not just jamming junk down my face hole!!! It will take more discipline but I’m game 💪😎

Feeling good with adding the extra sets and reps! Stamina and strength all moving in the right direction. Feels damn good to start seeing some progress. 💪😎
