Tomorrow kicks off the new cycle and I’m pumped. Doing whole body twice a week!
First lift lower reps and focusing on power. Next time lifting same body part shooting for 4sets of 12!
I’ll be definitely going lower carb until I get this bf to a place where I’m sleeping and feeling better. Thinking 215-220.
Got to start some real cardio too. I’ll start slow cuz it’s been a minute since I’ve done any real running. First goal will be 2mi without walking. Then start working on getting times dialed in. Not looking to do any long distance stuff. But who knows if I feel good I always push for more lol
