Good news! I’m in 💪😎
Tomorrow kicks off the new cycle and I’m pumped. Doing whole body twice a week!
First lift lower reps and focusing on power. Next time lifting same body part shooting for 4sets of 12!
I’ll be definitely going lower carb until I get this bf to a place where I’m sleeping and feeling better. Thinking 215-220.
Got to start some real cardio too. I’ll start slow cuz it’s been a minute since I’ve done any real running. First goal will be 2mi without walking. Then start working on getting times dialed in. Not looking to do any long distance stuff. But who knows if I feel good I always push for more lol 💪😎

Man it took me a minute thinking if bf is a boyfriend...if you read the sentence with this meaning, it has a nice ambivalent result :D.

Did abs this morning 6 workouts 3sets each.
Cardio was sprints with my son out in the sun this afternoon 💪
Felt super good! Only doing 3 sets this first week back. Try to get stamina back this week. Then next week start the low rep day and higher rep day. Also bonus! New job likes their dudes Jacked!! So free membership at a decent gym!!! Super thankful for all the great things happening in my life. 💪😎 really appreciate all the encouragement and motivation from all y’all’s Logs 🔥💪😎🏆

Cardio 1.5mile walk with my Lil Bear. Had a 20# vest on, and last 6 blocks my man remembered they have a yellow labs that runs free.
He’s got autism and doesn’t talk but he ain’t no fool! Big dog has big teeth. So he jumps on my back.
We haven’t been on the track for at least 4 months but last time the dog was coming up to get petted he did it. It’s a sweet dog and is trained not to go into the street. So he would let me put him back down when we got in the road.
Not this time. Piggybacked him last six blocks to the front door!
He’s was just getting me ready for the first passed out drunk I got to bounce of the property lol 😂

Was a crazy nice day in the Midwest!
Went all out on some burger and fry’s but the coke was diet lol. Hit the park. Played some soccer and got some sprints in💪
Did stretches and abs early!
Took today off the iron!
Back at it tomorrow 💪😎

Been like 10yrs since I was in the work force. This training is kicking my butt! I’ve been doing my daily full body stretches and ab exercises. Didn’t get on the iron like I wanted. My son came and visited today, and we got crazy wild on it!!
Also fit in a few runs here and there. Diet had been fast food.
Got a new phone so I’m using my old one strictly for the UG and progress pics.
Hopefully I’m stronger this week and can get ALL the boxes checked💪😎

Been getting at least 10,000 steps per day.
Full body stretches everyday.
Getting abs done most days.
Still getting my balls kicked in at training. I can’t believe how sore and jacked up I feel for how good of shape I was in going into it. It’s a private security job. Only a couple weeks left.
Haven’t felt like getting on the iron all week. Just getting over being sick too. Didn’t miss a single day though haha. I NEED MONEY 😂
Diet has been trash other than high protein solid lunches and then dinner is something quick. Just a couple of good home cooked meals last week.
Starting to feel better from the sickness so hopefully get some iron in. 💪😎

All and all was a pretty solid day. Not 100% better but feeling great compared to where I was 💪😎
