Baffin boots.
redwings.
Both make work boots, Baffin and redwing make cold weather insulated boots.
Baffin monster is a great boot but unless sub 40s you're in for sweaty feet.

Baffin seems really nice, have you ever had to use the warranty? Any issues with it?
