Need some advice on TRT from the bros

Hey bros.

I've been on what I thought was TRT for 6 months. At 500mg per week. I was talking to a bro at the gym and he said basically "that's not TRT, that's a cycle."
I'm currently on anavar for 1 more month (8 week cycle). I will keep up the 500mg a week until this cycle is finished, but then I'd like to taper off the Test slowly.
What would you advise? Can I go down to 250 per week and then to 100, while taking Nolvadex and HcG?
Also, will my natural test production ever return to normal?

If you are staying on Test, there's no reason for PCT.

Ok MAYBE the TRT dose thing had ya a little messed up with your terms but using Var for 8 weeks and still thinking that's TRT is a stretch.

There's zero chance someone went thru the process of acquiring testosterone, and fully believe 500mg is a trt dose. He obviously researched why he would even start at 500 and everything online would have clearly said that's a blast. Has to be a troll.

Not a troll, 31 y/o. Is the damage too much to reverse? It's been 4 months of 500/wk actually, not 6 months. I'm gonna start tapering off slowly, and then keep TRT cruising at 100mg week, possibly for the rest of my life

Find pct threads and read them......no its probably no where near permanent?

Yeah, we're smarter than you seem to think. You "went ahead with the cycle" indicates you knew what you were doing from the get go. Are you one of those people that read road signs on off ramps that say Wrong Way and you proceed anyways?

Lol can't I get some real answers without all of the ball busting. A guy at the gym said to Run Nolvadex with TRT, I'm like that doesn't sound right.. but he said that's what he does all of the time when coming off of a cycle.

So serious question, I'm going to scale back on the Test, from 500/wk on Var, to 250, then 100 and run that TRT for a few months.

When and if I decide to get off of TRT, then I'll run the Nolva cycle. It's pretty simple actually,
