"Hi everybody!
Just a few words about myself...
I started training in a gym in 2014 just to lose some fat. I didn't plan to become an athlete, but my trainer advised me to try, and I am really thankful for this. It was an amazing experience.
In 2017, I stopped participating in competitions. I tried myself in IFBB and UBPF in the figure category. Despite the fact that my muscle mass was growing well, there were some drawbacks. These included a wide waist, difficulties with posing, and a weak central nervous system (CNS) that didn't allow for sufficient recovery after intense workouts.
My transformation in the photo below will describe even better than any words.
So the goal is to replicate the experience at least by 70 percent.
