Why do you measure your height in imperial and weight and metric

How much do you lift? How much weight do you do on the machines?
I have a very hard time believing that all your sets were to failure.

For that to be the case, you'd have had to pick the exact perfect weight for every single set, for every single evercise.

The odds of that happening are next to nil.

If you want to train to failure, pick a rep range target, like 6-10 instead of 8. When you can get 10 reps, increase the weight next session.
I was giving an example of the average volume. Yes, most days this is between 6-10.

There are errors in MFP, it's crowd sourced info. Just have to make sure you're entering the correct one into your log.

im 176cm 93kg and eating around 4-4.5k calories so I would be safe to say - add more calories.
mby get a coach to check your workouts - u should be doing lot's of compound movements.
and your SLEEP - atleast 8-9hrs
