I've been playing around with the idea of going on a relatively short and modest MENT cycle:

25-35mg Trestolone Acetate per week, daily SubQ.
4-6 weeks based on how I feel.

On top of TRT. 125/week Test E.

Current stats: 173cm, 89kg, 17% BF, 29 years old. Training for 12 years.

I'm based in the Middle East and I'm not well acquainted with any gym bros here as the gym I go to is relatively vanilla (think middle aged men and women who only do cardio and crossfit). I go to this gym out of convenience in my daily commute (pre or post work).

The only MENT I can get my hands on currently is ZPHC. However I've read a couple of threads on here and other forums where people expressed negative opinions on ZPHC with one guy going on literally every forum posting the same "ZPHC/Canada peptides are making people sick" post.

Would appreciate any and all insights as to whether you think going with ZPHC is the right move or if I should be patient till I get my hands on a something else. (Not asking for sources, just want opinions).

If you think I should go for ZPHC what should I watch out for?

Thanks

Impossible to know without testing, but that many negative reviews should tell you something. I see Trest on research chemical sites, so it seems to skirt the laws somehow.

Just from personal experience – I had the worst side effects from that compound (severe acne, ED, infertility, etc.). Doesn't mean it will happen to you, but monitor your E2 closely.

OT about fertility: I did the sperm sample in a Thai clinic. They put me in a small concrete room (no cell reception = no porn) with a tiny plastic chair, no lotion/lube, and told me to go to town. I was probably trying for 30 minutes before I asked a nurse for lotion, and she let me borrow her own fancy skin cream from her purse.

I still don't know how anyone who isn't a teenager can do that using only imagination and no lotion.

Should've asked the nurse for help

Thanks for sharing your experience.

Appreciate the advice on E2. Honestly bro I've seen such varied opinions and responses to MENT in the forums and online. Some people swear by it as the best compound they've ever tried. Others say they got the worst sides of any compound they've tried. I'm finding it difficult to determine if this wide range of responses is due to their own physiological differences or due to the actual products they're injecting (i.e. under/over dosed, getting different compound altogether than MENT, etc.).

I believe the only way to know is to try. But I'm not going to go crazy either, I'll start on a very low dose (what I mentioned above is weekly not daily) and see my response after a week or 2. From there I'll gauge whether to up the dose, increase the duration (depending on bloodwork) or to stop it entirely.

Still would love to hear if anyone tried ZPHC in specific though.

Also I agree with @hfoll7777 should've asked the nurse to lend a helping hand or other body part lmao.
