They are awesome and there's lots of things you can do with them besides just eating them alone. They are great in salads, soups, you can grind them up and use them to crust fish and other meats etc.

Pepitas are the shit. Packed full of magnesium and other good micros. I always have some in the pantry.

Never ate em raw but my mother would dry em out then brush em with some oil and salt n pepper em up then put em on a baking sheet with some parchment paper an we did that when the kids were growing up when ever we had pumpkins.

Way better than freaking tato chips or popcorn
