And an unemployed loser that has fuck all anything to do with his life has to pursue something that HE fucked up 8 months ago.

I’m very pleased that you care enough about my health you piece of shit but I’m perfectly fine. Follow up bloods were all within range. Sober for 11 years. Currently benching 445 still, squatting 550 and deads are low 600. At 48 years old.

What the fuck do you do?

good workout today
leg movements for AB:
bb lunges, rdl, bss, standing calves
leg movements for CD:
heel elavate squat, hyperextensions, leg extensions, seated calves
(added hamstrings and lunges back in)

i changed up the order i was doing everything in and it had a good impact on my lifts.
All upper body compounds, then legs (except calves) then upper isos, then calves.
lifts all progressed substantially this time (no previous data for legs as theyre new) workout attached

Went slightly too heavy on shrugs and didnt get the best contraction. wouldve been better 25lbs lighter. Getting used to heel elavated squats so i can hopefully stsrt cranking them up

4 plates heels elavated. 10x harder than flat foot but more quad, less joint pain

Have you shopped around for squat/oly. lifting shoes? I always cringe when I see plate-elevated heels. Just seems like an unnecessary risk when you can get decent squat shoes for $50ish if you look around

Or even buying actual wedges. They can be had for about the same price.

They work great until you trip over a plate and snap your shit up. Heavy weights and trip hazards are not a good pairing.

Decent squat shoes are like $100. If you plan on squatting often they’re a must.

I never had depth problems but wish I’d gotten squat shoes way before I did.
