cranked dnp to 750. not much difference in discomfort. sliiightly more sweat, but harder to fall asleep. could be because I forgot my melatonin. we'll see today

leg day. skipped the compound so I don't blow out my knees while dehydrated from the dnp. workout attached

dropping slin at least for the duration of DNP. i ate more than enpugh carbs to cover my slin dosage but still felt intense hypo symptoms. I think because dnp prevented my body from breaking the carbs down into glucose or whatever the hell the shit does. Regardless, a little break from the slin was due anyway.

also thought I lost my wallet with 320 dollars in it. I had already accepted defeat. So when I found my wallet with 320 dollars in it, it was like a whole new 320 dollars I had been gifted.

dude, don't fucking take insulin with DNP, and definitely not while in any amount of a caloric deficit. It's dangerous AF.

definitely felt that today. I was wondering why my dnp sweat was hitting 22 hours after my last dose then I realized it was a blood sugar thing

The thought of DNP alone is terrifying to me 😂. Insulin is too. I know plenty do it, but the thought of something that can acutely kill me from a dosing mess up doesn’t set well with me

yeah the two have some pretty bad synergy for sure. The whole way u combat going hypo is by processing more carbs but the dnp doesnt let u 🤣

Be safe man and good luck with it! Even for me, playing with each one individually isn’t for me but I know plenty of people do it.

My thoughts are I can’t overdose on testosterone by mistake in one shot and die in hours……

You can sure mess up insulin and yea, most of the time recover but still……

That’s just how I think about it. I’m not at all telling you what to do, just sharing my thoughts.

i don't think I'm going to the beach for spring break. I'll still try to lean out a lil before the mast bulk.

Cant breathe on this dnp. Its like ive got 1/10 of a lung or the oxygen just doesnt do anything. Havent had any since tuesday. forgot to take my gh last night too but still pulled bloods fasted this morning prior to pinning, so it will be at the lowest of the trough. should have my resilts tommorow hopefully so I wont have to wait til monday.

3rd session in a row hitting 3 plates for 5 on dips. still progressed the other 2, but I think my dips will go up now that I'm off the DNP

For those of u that missed my chatbox celebrations: I've got the 911 call from an eyewitness confirming this weasel mfer ran the stopsign. game over for insurance. I'm sure they'll atill drag it out though.

thyroid, lipid, and metabolic panels came in. thyroid rough af.
still waiting on hormones

looks like most of the thyroid fuckery came from the dnp. Not sure whats got cholesterol so fucked. more of a 90s thing to care about anyway. I'll retest thyroid after a few weeks off dnp. probably a few weeks into mastblast.

been off gh for 3 days because my familys in town so I didnt reconstitute any so I could keep it hidden easier. Sleep is completrly fucked without it. Luckily I'll be off the tren in a week should help

been looking in to carditone. looks like it drops bp even more than telmisartan. should help pulse too

jumped up on bicep curls cuz i didnt wanna make 2 trips to grab 35s and 5s for my bar. made good progress on it though.

Nice traps, kind of overpowering your back actually. Have you considered replacing direct trap work and targeting something else instead?

absolutely not. kinda goes back to that discussion we had in the trap debate thread. its just such an easy way to put on raw size. Ik its making my proportions wacky but it definitely adds to my overall size
