What do you all think is the best exercise to strengthen a conventional deadlift’s lockout?
I have a couple months until my next meet, and I have a very large disparity between speed off the floor and the last 4 inches or so of my deadlift after passing the knee. I feel like I could probably add 20kg or so by addressing my weakness at the lockout so I’m really interested in seeing what folks think could help and working them into my program.
