Thoughts on Var for the skin benefits?

Wish I could remove my “bullet wound” appearing scar above my belly button. Ruins the aesthetic.

Did a quick search on anabolic and subcategories on scar healing. Nothing
Found lots of articles on Corticosteroids with positive healing properties on scars.
Anabolics increase collagen production and I found where the initial wound becomes worse scar due to excess collagen.

But I have not researched yet is how and anabolics increase IGF and increase collagen and how those may a ffect scars after the fact. But we need to acknowledge there are quite a few different kinds of scarring and what works One type may not work for the other due to the different processes internally that forms the scar.

No I haven’t noticed any skin benefits. I am looking to see what I could do routine wise to help it out, face is looking extra crusty lately.

Access to a sauna? My skin definitely improved since hitting the sauna post workout (infrared in particular for skin)
