This place I go to makes their own rolls. The rolls are probably about 2 hr old when you get your sammy. One other rule I have about my steak sandwiches, NEVER put American cheese on it!

Anywhere close to the Delaware river?? That’s the trick to roll making. The dirty water from the Delaware makes a damn good roll!!
