I brought my friend over to my gym. He's competed in Mexico and Columbia. He's shredded right now and thought we get some posing in. We call him Toro, which means Bull.

Yes, he like 5-3, 5-4. He’s reminds me of @Mighty-Mouse because they are about the same height and weight. Right now he cut but he’s usually 215ish (he weighs as much as me in his cut/my bulk ).

As @methylmike mentioned, they take all that stuff. My boy the only stuff he doesn’t do is slin. I asked him if he knew MENT?

To be fair, they get discounted a lot in many other aspects. Also, we know he likely fought for every lb too.

I know you know this, but this for others who may not consider it. Im 5’10, so 215 was the heaviest I’ve ever been and I was carrying 10lbs of extra fat at least. I’m back to that size now, basically at 200. I just want to be in that range again.
