Why do you use recumbent bike and arm bicycle instead of a regular spin bike ?
Because I don’t have a spin bike in my home gym.


I keep coughing but strength is coming back. That’s a good sign I guess.

U always say how long ur riding ur recumbent bike but no details: heart rate, KW, distance, avg speed, anything useful

Because the dashboard doesn’t work anymore and I have no money to buy a spinning bike … since I don’t post anything useful I won’t even mention cardio anymore.

U can still keep track of heart rate (peak, average, amount of time spent in each zone.)
Didn’t mean to be critical in a negative way.

That I can do with my Apple Watch.

I had another scary episode of tachycardia (138 bpm) and low BP (70/50) early this morning. My GP says that I do too much, I need to take some rest and stay home. No workout no nothing. I’m bored.
